Please be sure to have everyone's hair clean with regular shampoo and conditioner. Especially if you used an over the counter lice shampoo or an oil based product. It does not matter if the hair is wet or dry for our treatment. It is best that our services are performed in a well lighted area with hard surface flooring.
- Clean, detangled hair.
- Please have a couple of old towels available.
- If you have pets in the home, please place them in another area during the treatment process.
- We also ask our customers to please refrain from smoking while the specialist is with you due to allergies.
