Everyone in your household (including nanny's, babysitters and caregivers) must be screened and treated as needed by a Nit Picky Specialist for us to be able to honor a guarantee. (Two household families require that both households be screened and treated). NO EXCEPTIONS.
If live head lice are discovered any time during the 21 day guarantee, you must save what is found and show it to the specialist. If bugs are not saved, you will be required to pay for a check to determine if there is any evidence of head lice—NO EXCEPTIONS.
Again, be sure to save any live bugs or live eggs that you find to show to the specialist. Otherwise you will need to pay for a screening to determine if there is activity.
